Prettii Creative Designs ships from 2 different carriers USPS & UPS.Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.Once your order has been shipped your tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

We are NOT responsible for missing or stolen orders. If the package is lost or stolen please contact the carrier that is handling your package. (USPS/UPS) and file a claim regarding your missing merchandise.

Most of our products are handmade with love upon ordering. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. We do not process orders on weekend or holidays. If an order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, will begin processing your order on the following business day.
